Lahmacun Lahmajun Pizza Dough Recipe

Lahmajun or Lahmacun, is a thin crust meat pizza. Origin is from the Middle East, and the word itself is Arabic. No need to go to any cooking classes, with this easy step by step instructions on lahmacun.


Prepare the yeast. Read the directions on the packaging.

1) In a mixing bowl add the yeast, sugar, salt, oil and flour.  Mix together well.

2) On a floured clean surface add the dough and knead for about 10 minutes.

3) Place the dough back into the now well greased mixing bowl.

4) Cover with a cloth and let stand in a warm place to rise for approximately 45 minutes.

5) Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and cut into 5 postions, with a rolling pin roll each portion into a 1/2 inch thick circle.

6) Spread the filling place into a greased pan and bake for 350F degrees oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

  3. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
